2. Data We Collect
(a) Information you provide via our contact form, Test Room booking form, or the member registration form for document downloads: company name, department, name, email address, phone number, inquiry details, information about your inspection target (work), preferred dates.
(b) Information collected automatically via cookies: browsing history on this site, IP address, browser type, referrer (see Section 5).
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process your data to:
- respond to inquiries and arrange Test Room visits (performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- send requested materials such as datasheets (Art. 6(1)(b))
- inform you about our products and exhibitions (Art. 6(1)(a) consent)
- analyze site usage to improve our services (Art. 6(1)(a) consent, via the cookie banner)
4. Recipients and Processors
We use the following service providers as processors: Vercel Inc. (USA) for website hosting; Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Cloud BigQuery) and Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) for site analytics; and Cloud CIRCUS, Inc. (BowNow) for form handling and site-visit records. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Information collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity does not include information that identifies individuals. If you submit a form, BowNow links your earlier browsing records with the information you enter and manages them.
Analytics cookies are set only after you choose "Accept" in the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer. Declining cookies does not restrict access to any part of this site.
How each tool collects data is described by its provider:

How to opt out: you can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer. In addition, you can disable Google Analytics with theGoogle Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (external site, opens in a new tab). For Microsoft Clarity and BowNow, you can also refuse cookies or delete stored cookies in your browser settings.
6. International Transfer
We are located in Japan. Japan has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision of 23 January 2019). Where data is processed by providers outside Japan or the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain inquiry and booking data for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the respective tools.
8. Your Rights
Where GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address in Section 1.
